Job Description
Research & Market Intelligence
- Conduct competitor and industry research.
- Identify marketing trends, consumer insights, and campaign opportunities.
- Assist in preparing strategic recommendations for internal and client projects.
Campaign & Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support shopper marketing, loyalty, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Prepare campaign reports, presentation decks, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
Client & Project Support
- Participate in internal and client meetings.
- Prepare meeting notes and follow up on action items.
- Support project managers in campaign coordination and execution.
Job Requirements
The company is looking for:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Mass Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, E-Commerce, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related fields.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above.
- Minimum internship duration of 12 weeks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
