• Assist in the execution of CRM / marketing campaigns including data validation and reporting.
• Support customer service and campaign operations by ensuring smooth execution.
• Maintain and update campaign-related databases and documentation.
• Handle basic troubleshooting for operation-related issues of CRM or marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflow and customer engagement.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics or Marketing, or any related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
• No experience in a campaign operations, campaign execution or administrative role is welcomed.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
