Job Summary: As an Intern, Procurement and Premium Management, you will be instrumental in supporting the procurement processes, ensuring the cost-effective acquisition of premium products, and contributing to our procurement strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to supplier management, contract negotiation, inventory control, and oversight of premium warranty and expiry matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
• Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure advantageous terms.
• Process purchasing orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Support the management of premium products, including catalog management, quality control, and managing warranties and expirations.
• Oversee warranty issues and expiry dates for premium products to ensure compliance and resolution of any issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet company procurement needs and handle any procurement challenges.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass communications, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and any relevant procurement software.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
