Job Description

  1. Developing and sustaining strong and trustworthy relationships with key clients.
  2. Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
  3. Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints and escalations
  4. Basic data report analysis to conduct regular business review with clients.
  5. Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.
  6. Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and developing plans to pursue those opportunities.
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that client needs are met.
  8. Providing regular updates to senior management on account performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  9. Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in key account management.
  10. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Professional Services, Customer Success, and Marketing
  11. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation.
  12. Define project scope and objectives, ensuring any changes are documented and approved.
  13. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  14. Ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or related field
  2. 1 – 3 years work experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in Marketing to be prioritized, and also welcome Fresh Graduate with positive attitude.
  3. Good command in English.
  4. Well-developed communication as well as presentation skills
  5. Ability to successfully negotiate about business conditions.
  6. Proactive mindset and excellent project and time management skills
  7. Ability to oversee all details of concurrently running projects.
  8. Goal-oriented, sales driven, organized team player.
  9. Commitment to meet project deadlines or address urgent issues.
  10. Able to embrace change and willing to address challenges.
  11. Basic Excel: Filter, Pivot, Basic formula for quick sum/condition
