JOIN TDG: BE PART OF THE REVOLUTION IN MARTECH & FIRST-PARTY DATA!

Initially established in 2017 as an event marketing agency, TDG quickly made its mark in the industry. However, the founder envisioned something much greater—a fully integrated CRM partner that could transform the industry in Malaysia and extend its influence globally. Driven by this vision, TDG underwent a significant business restructure in 2019, embarking on a bold journey to redefine the synergy between technology and marketing. <ins>Milestones </ins>In its early years, TDG operated with a humble yet determined team of just three pioneers. The 2019 restructure marked a turning point, expanding its footprint to Malaysia and Singapore. However, the following year brought challenges, and the team scaled back operations to Malaysia with a lean team of seven steadfast employees. Growth was steady but purposeful. By 2021, TDG expanded its workforce to 12 and ventured into Indonesia. This momentum carried forward into 2022 with 18 employees and an even stronger regional presence. In 2023, TDG made its mark in Vietnam with a team of 25 passionate individuals. By 2024, TDG achieved exponential growth, operating with 50 dedicated employees and establishing its presence across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and even as far as the USA. Despite the challenges of scaling in a competitive industry, TDG grew to become a multi-award-winning agency specializing in Martech, CRM, and loyalty solutions. Its achievements were crowned by ISO 27001:2023 certification, partnerships with Salesforce and Microsoft Power BI, and recognition for its unparalleled trade programs and digital expertise. <ins>DNA and Culture </ins>At the heart of TDG lies a set of core values that shaped its culture and team spirit. These values served as the company's compass, guiding it through every challenge and triumph:
<ul>
<li>Innovative &amp; Solution Leadership: TDG’s ability to adapt, innovate, and lead the industry has been its hallmark. From its early days to global expansion, this spirit propelled it forward.</li>
<li>Drive Positive Changes: The company’s commitment to creating meaningful impacts resonated deeply with its employees, clients, and partners.</li>
<li>Deliver Solid Results: TDG was never just about ideas; it was about execution. Every project, campaign, and strategy aimed to deliver measurable outcomes.</li>
<li>Solve Hard Problems: The team embraced challenges, approaching each with creativity, determination, and a solutions-driven mindset.</li>
<li>Inclusivity &amp; Diversity: As TDG’s footprint expanded globally, it embraced diversity and ensured inclusivity across its operations.</li>
<li>Be an Owner: Every employee was empowered to take ownership, fostering a sense of responsibility, passion, and belonging.</li>
</ul>
<ins>Vision for Tomorrow</ins> By 2027, TDG aspired to achieve holistic growth, cementing its leadership across Malaysia and regional markets. Its roadmap, which began with strengthening operations and expanding its service offerings, set the stage for sustainable and global expansion. As the years passed, TDG grew not just as a company but as a family. Its milestones marked the progression of a dream nurtured by visionaries, executed by passionate individuals, and driven by a commitment to excellence. The journey from 2017 to the future is a testament to TDG’s resilience, innovation, and dedication to merging tech and marketing for a brighter, more connected world.
