We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Project Executive to plan, manage, and execute events, brand activations, roadshows, and experiential marketing campaigns. You will oversee projects from planning to on-site execution, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end event planning, coordination, and execution.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, logistics, and on-site operations.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Lead and guide junior team members throughout project execution.
• Resolve project challenges and ensure successful event delivery.
• Utilise AI tools to improve project planning, proposals, and workflow efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in events, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from planning to execution.
• Must be proficient in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work under pressure, travel, and work flexible hours when required.
