About us

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in the development and management of in-house brands across multiple categories, including Wellness Supplements, Pet Care & Food, Footwear, Personal Care, Fragrance, and Confectionery. Our primary sales channels are e-commerce platforms, with TikTok Shop emerging as our most dynamic growth platform.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Engagement & Sales Conversion
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Messenger, WhatsApp, and comments from Meta Ads
  • Understand customer needs (e.g. children’s growth, focus, eye health) and recommend suitable products
  • Apply structured sales conversations to guide customers towards purchase
  • Follow up with potential customers who have not yet converted
  1. Closing Flow Execution
  • Execute company’s sales closing flow: (Hook → Identify Problem → Provide Solution → Build Trust → CTA)
  • Adapt communication style based on customer behavior and intent
  • Focus on improving: Conversion Rate (CR), Response Speed, Closing Time
  1. Customer Support & Objection Handling
  • Answer product-related questions (ingredients, usage, safety, expectations)
  • Handle common objections such as: “No results yet” “My child doesn’t like the taste” “Is this a medicine?”
  • Provide accurate, compliant responses (no medical claims)
  1. Reporting & Feedback
  • Track and report daily:
  • Number of leads
  • Number of conversions
  • Conversion rate
  • Provide insights on customer concerns, objections, and trends to marketing/product team
  1. On-Call & Campaign Support
  • Be responsive during peak hours (midday, evenings, campaign periods)
  • Support high-traffic periods such as sales campaigns, launches, and live sessions

Job Requirements

  Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce
  • Strong communication skills in Chinese + English (BM is a bonus)
  • Sales-oriented mindset (not just answering inquiries) Preferred (Bonus)
  • Experience in health supplements, parenting, or e-commerce brands
  • Experience handling WhatsApp or Messenger sales closing
  • Familiar with Meta Ads leads or social commerce
  • Basic understanding of sales funnel (lead → nurture → convert)
