About us
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in the development and
management of in-house brands across multiple categories, including Wellness Supplements,
Pet Care & Food, Footwear, Personal Care, Fragrance, and Confectionery. Our primary sales
channels are e-commerce platforms, with TikTok Shop emerging as our most dynamic growth
platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms and social media
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand activations
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results
2. Affiliate Marketing Management
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and influencers
- Plan and execute affiliate campaigns to drive GMV growth
- Monitor affiliate performance and maintain strong relationships
- Coordinate affiliate content, deals, and communication
3. Content Planning & Coordination
- Plan monthly content calendar across all platforms (TikTok, IG, etc.)
- Work closely with content creators and designers to produce engaging content
- Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and campaign objectives
- Track content performance and improve content strategy
4. Brand Building
- Develop and maintain strong brand identity across all channels
- Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone
- Execute brand awareness initiatives and positioning strategies
5. Livestream Operations
- Plan and manage livestream schedules and campaigns
- Coordinate with live hosts on content flow, promotions, and performance
- Monitor livestream KPIs (sales, engagement, conversion)
- Support improvement of livestream scripts and strategies
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and analyse marketing performance across campaigns, affiliates, and content
- Prepare reports and insights for continuous improvement
- Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs
