Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. TikTok & Livestream Operations
  • Manage and oversee Shuzzlab’s TikTok marketing activities and daily campaign execution. 
  • Coordinate and monitor livestream schedules, performance, and operations. 
  • Work closely with live hosts to ensure livestream readiness, product understanding, and content quality. 
  • Monitor live host performance, attendance, KPI completion, and overall livestream consistency. 
  • Assist live hosts with livestream planning, product arrangement, promotion flow, and campaign coordination. 
  • Ensure livestream and TikTok content align with brand direction and sales objectives. 
  1. Content & Social Media
  • Assist in planning and coordinating TikTok content, promotional videos, and campaign materials. 
  • Coordinate with content creators, video editors, and designers for content production. 
  • Stay updated with TikTok trends, viral content styles, and market trends within the footwear industry. 
  • Support content ideas, captions, and campaign messaging for social media platforms. 
  1. Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. 
  • Coordinate closely with creative, operations, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reporting and feedback. 
  1. Affiliate & Creator Coordination
  • Support affiliate collaborations and TikTok creator activities. 
  • Assist in communication and coordination with affiliates and external creators when required.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field. 
  • Experience in TikTok marketing, livestream operations, or e-commerce industry is preferred. 
  • Familiar with TikTok Shop ecosystem and social media trends. 
  • Good communication and coordination skills. 
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to handle fast-paced operations. 
  • Able to work closely with live hosts and multiple internal teams. 
  • Able to communicate in English & Malay (Mandarin is a bonus).
