Lead the charge in planning, executing, and delivering high-impact esports and gaming campaigns. You’ll manage timelines, clients, teams, and vendors to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors

Job Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Management, Event Management, or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management within marketing, events, creative, or agency environments
• Proven track record of managing campaigns, client relationships, and cross-functional teams
• Experience in esports, gaming, or digital media

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Analytical skills to track KPIs, manage budgets, and optimise project performance
• Proficiency in project management tools is a plus but not mandatory
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and team interactions
• A “big picture” thinker who can also sweat the details
