Job Description

 As a Child Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with children aged 7 to 17
   
• Supporting children in managing emotional, behavioural, social, and academic concerns
   
• Preparing basic assessments and progress reports
   
• Guiding children through coping strategies, self-esteem building, and conflict resolution
   
• Collaborating with parents, guardians, and internal teams when necessary
   
• Creating a safe, comfortable, and trusting environment for all children

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology (mandatory)
   
• Fresh graduates with no experience are highly encouraged to apply
   
• Strong communication and listening skills
   
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in child development
   
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
