Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Content Production

• Create captions, short-form video scripts, and visual concepts that match campaign briefs and brand voice.
• Shoot and edit short videos and supporting assets for reels and stories using basic editing tools.

Platform & Community

• Schedule and publish content across social platforms, monitor basic metrics, and report simple performance highlights.
• Research social media trends and audience behaviour to recommend timely content ideas.

Support & Learning

• Work with designers, writers, and producers to turn ideas into finished posts and campaign assets.
• Help manage day-to-day admin for campaigns, including asset tracking and feedback loops.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 0 years of professional experience, open to students, fresh graduates, or anyone starting a social media career.
• A small portfolio or examples of social posts, short videos, or class projects is preferred but not mandatory.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Copywriting, Social Media, Social Media Marketing, Social Media Management, Social Media Content, Social Media Trends, Content Creation, Content Writing.
• Videography and Video Editing skills for short-form content; familiarity with mobile editing apps or basic desktop editors is a plus.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Curious and coachable, willing to learn from feedback and try new formats.
• Good communicator and team player who can manage time and follow briefs accurately.
