Job Description

We are seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist who can develop and implement effective social media strategies that illuminate our clients' brands and drive meaningful engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media trends, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to analyze performance data to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, video) that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XHS).
  • Create visually appealing and on-brand statics and videos using tools like Canva and CapCut.
  • Write compelling copy that captures attention, drives engagement, and promotes brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal team to produce visuals and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure timely and consistent posting across all platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Familiar with content creation in the form of photos, videos & stories for various platforms (even if it's for your own account/content - it counts!)
  • Ability to think outside the box and generate ideas that capture attention and drive engagement.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt voice to different brand personalities.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva and Capcut.
  • Has an eye for media aesthetics.
  • Excellence in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio of marketing campaigns & content creation (preferred)
  • Must have own transport (preferred)
