About The Little Gym 

At The Little Gym, we build confidence, foster teamwork, and promote physical development for children ages 4 months to 12 years. We are seeking an operational leader to drive business growth, lead our gym team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. 

The Opportunity 

To prepare you to fully oversee gym operations, you will complete a 6 to 9-month structured training program mentored by our Gym Leader. You will master our operating system, revenue model, and brand standards before fully stepping into the Gym Director role. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Operations & Revenue Management: Drive key performance indicators including quarterly revenue, monthly enrolled/paid (E&P) members, intro-visit (IV) scheduling, and retention targets. 
• Class Delivery & Floor Leadership: Spend ~50% of working hours delivering Gold-standard classes and driving lobby/member engagement. Use floor time to model exceptional service, build parent relationships, and identify real-time sales opportunities. 
• Team Leadership & HR: Build a high-accountability culture. Oversee all gym staffing, conduct mid-year and year-end performance reviews, and ensure every team member has a career development plan with corresponding training actions. Partner with the Gym Leader and HR on recruitment, retention, and employee relations. 
• Admin, Sales & Mall Relations: Oversee operating software accuracy, account collections, local sales execution, and maintain facility standards with shopping mall management. 
• Performance Reporting: Lead weekly operational tracking and present monthly and quarterly performance reviews to the Gym Leader. 

Job Requirements

Requirements 

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in sales management, operations management, hospitality, or retail management. 
• Commercial Acumen: A proven track record of hitting revenue targets, managing budgets, and using data to drive decisions. 
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and manage a diverse team. 
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with members, mall management, and corporate stakeholders. 
• Availability: Willing to work weekends and commit to a 6–9 month intensive training track before fully assuming the Director role.
