Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused individual to manage front desk operations, handle walk-in and online enquiries, and drive enrolment conversions at our Tebrau branch. You will be the key link between our marketing efforts and actual revenue growth.
Key Duties:
- Manage front desk: greet visitors, answer calls, respond to digital enquiries
- Conduct tours and explain program offerings to prospective families
- Schedule and confirm trial class bookings
- Follow up with leads and close enrolments
- Coordinate class scheduling with teaching team
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and conversions
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
- 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or front desk operations
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Comfortable with technology (WhatsApp, email, basic software)
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and flexible weekday hours
- Experience in children's programs, fitness, or education is an advantage
