Job Description:

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of our organization. You’ll ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and contribute to the smooth operation of our finance department.  

Key Responsibilities: 

- Oversee and maintain the full set of accounting records in compliance with statutory requirements.  

- Reconcile inter-company transactions, monthly accruals, and payment listings to ensure accuracy.  

- Ensure compliance with taxation, audit, and statutory reporting requirements, including liaising with auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.  

- Manage balance sheets, profit/loss statements, bank accounts, and loan portfolios.  

- Prepare timely financial reports and support month/year-end closing processes.  

- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline financial workflows and resolve discrepancies.  

- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required by management.  

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:  

- Education:Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.  

- Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.  

- Technical Skills: 

  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount).  

  - Strong grasp of double-entry bookkeeping and financial reporting.  

- Soft Skills: 

  - Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.  

  - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.  

  - Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and effective communication skills.  

- Mindset: Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
