Job Description
As the Accounts Associate at The Makeover Guys, you will be assisting with all finance related matters in the company. Your work will directly impact the finance efficiency. We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us!
What You’ll Do:
- Perform all relevant general accounting transactions and bookkeeping within the Accounts Payable & Inventory function
- Perform reconciliation of creditors’ balance to supplier’s statement of accounts
- Resolving disputes between vendor’s record’s vs internal requestor’s records (if any)
- Compilation of relevant documents for submission to the banks for Bankers Acceptance financing
- Assist with the preparation for external audit
- Perform ad-hoc and other finance initiatives
Working Arrangement:
Hybrid. Work closely with our Finance Manager and Senior Account Executive.
Job Requirements
- Interest or background in data entry/accounting/finance
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus!
- Positive attitude paired with a desire for transparency and openness
- Team player with ability to support other team-mates as and when required
