Job Description
As the Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive at The Makeover Guys, you will be assisting with all finance related matters in the company. Your work will directly impact the finance efficiency. What You’ll Do:
- Perform all relevant general accounting transactions and bookkeeping
- Process weekly payments and electronic payments when required
- Assist with the preparation for external audit
- Perform data entry tasks
- Perform ad-hoc and other finance initiatives
Working Arrangement:
Hybrid. Work closely with our Finance Manager and Senior Account Executive.
Job Requirements
- Interest or background in data entry/accounting/finance
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus!
- Positive attitude paired with a desire for transparency and openness
- Team player with ability to support other team-mates as and when required
