Job Description
We are looking for a driven intern with a basic understanding or interest in people and culture, and learning and development. We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with job postings, scheduling, and candidate checks; support interviews and onboarding activities.
- Handle daily HR tasks, manage job platforms, and support performance review processes.
- Coordinate training events, manage attendance/records, and assist with materials and reviews.
- Support employee engagement activities, welcome new joiners, and contribute creative content ideas.
- Support on additional ad-hocs tasks.
Working Arrangement:
Hybrid. Work closely with our People & Culture team.
Job Requirements
- Interest in people, culture, and administration
- Fluency in English is a must
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Team player, able to work and support in a team setting
