Job Description
We're looking for an awesome Property Consultant (Rental) to join our team! You’ll be the matchmaker for the homeowners and tenants. Majority of our clients are expats and we are a trusted source on finding the best location-based rental rates. You will:
- Leads will be given and no cold-calling is required!
- Build and maintain a good relationship among the homeowners, tenants and third party services
- Coordinating unit viewings to match tenants to their ideal home
- Negotiate leasing terms and prepare tenancy agreements
- Ensure a smooth handover experience for the clients
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Preferred minimum 2-3 years of working experience
- Preferred background in event management
- Fluency in English is a must, and Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus
- Excellent time management, communication and negotiation skills
- High professionalism and commitment to consulting
- Proactive, results-oriented, and positive
- Have your own vehicle
