Job Description

As a Senior Executive, Brand/Marketing at The Makeover Guys, you will oversee our marketing campaigns + strategies, company branding, and brand partnerships. We welcome candidates of all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us!

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the planning of marketing strategies, campaign operations, and program optimization
• Plan, coordinate, and support marketing initiatives (online campaigns, activation, events, talks, roadshows, etc.)
• Identify brand partnership opportunities and develop related marketing and promotional initiatives
• Develop and manage content for various communication channels, including social media, websites, and other marketing materials
• Collaborate with business units and vendors to execute marketing and promotional initiatives
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
• Additional ad-hoc tasks

Working Arrangement:

Hybrid. You will be working closely with our Group Marketing Manager, Content Creator, Art Director, and Sales Managers.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Account/Client Servicing, Marketing, or a related field
• Independent, collaborative, detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the capability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Availability to work during weekends for events or roadshows, when required
