 Position Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to support and execute digital marketing initiatives. This role offers exposure to various aspects of digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, email marketing, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong desire to learn and contribute to the success of our digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Assist in managing and updating social media profiles.
• Develop engaging content for various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity.

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and shareable content.
• Assist in developing blog posts, infographics, and other digital assets.

Email Marketing:

• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns.
• Assist in designing and optimising email templates.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.

Digital Advertising:

• Assist in the setup and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize ad creative and targeting.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze digital marketing performance.
• Prepare reports with key metrics and insights to measure campaign success.

Market Research:

• Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
• Provide insights to contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program with a focus on Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both English and Malay
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
