Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Producer / Account Manager to oversee video production projects from initial client engagement through final delivery. This role serves as the bridge between clients, internal creative teams, and production crews, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standard.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong project management skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and communication needs.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, production timelines, and project documentation.
  • Manage client expectations, provide regular project updates, and address feedback promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and additional production services.

Production Management

  • Lead projects from creative briefing, pre-production, production, post-production, and final delivery.
  • Work closely with directors, creatives, editors, motion designers, and production crew to execute projects efficiently.
  • Develop production schedules, call sheets, shooting plans, and post-production timelines.
  • Coordinate locations, permits, talents, equipment rentals, vendors, and logistics.
  • Oversee on-set production to ensure smooth execution and adherence to project objectives.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Prepare and manage production budgets.
  • Source and negotiate with freelancers, suppliers, and production partners.
  • Monitor project costs to ensure profitability while maintaining production quality.
  • Track project expenses and obtain client approvals for any additional costs.

Project Coordination

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying deadlines.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, production briefings, and client presentations.
  • Ensure all project files, contracts, and deliverables are properly organized.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve potential risks.

Post-Production

  • Coordinate editing, animation, colour grading, sound design, subtitles, and final mastering.
  • Consolidate client feedback and manage revision rounds efficiently.
  • Conduct quality checks before delivering final assets.
  • Ensure deliverables meet technical specifications for TV, digital, social media, or other platforms.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Film, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in video production, agency account management, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of the video production process from concept to delivery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience preparing quotations, budgets, and production schedules.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite workflows is an advantage.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel for shoots when required.
