Job Description

This role is suitable for a content creator/designer who is eager to learn and grow in brand content creation. It offers flexible working arrangements and hands-on exposure in content creation, brand building, and event marketing.
 

1. Poster & Visual Design

• Design marketing posters and visual materials for both digital and offline use
• Ensure all designs align with the brand identity and campaign direction
  
  Social Media Management
• Assist in managing and maintaining official social media accounts:
• Instagram
• TikTok
• XiaoHongShu (小红书)
• Facebook
• Plan posting schedules and ensure consistent content output across all platforms

All social media content formats include:

• Images
• Reels / Short videos
• Stories
• Posters

1. Event & Campaign Content

• Create promotional content for events, campaigns, and brand activities
• Support on-site content creation during events (photo/video capture when required)

1. Team Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations team to support brand growth and campaign execution

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Communication, or related fields is preferred
   
• Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply
   

Skills & Competencies

• Basic skills in graphic design and visual content creation
   
• Familiar with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar tools
   
• Basic understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (小红书), and Facebook
   
• Ability to create engaging visual content such as posters, reels, and short-form videos

• Creative mindset with strong attention to visual details and brand aesthetics
   
• Passionate about content creation, social media trends, and digital marketing
   
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
   
• Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively with a team
   
• Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
   

Additional Advantage

• Experience in social media content creation or managing brand accounts
   
• Interest in sports, lifestyle, or golf-related content will be a plus
   
• Comfortable appearing in or assisting with video content creation when required
   

Working Arrangement

• Flexible working arrangement depending on project and content schedule
   
• Able to support event coverage or on-site content creation when needed
