Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our community channels online, including Instagram, Telegram and Facebook communities
- Own the strategy, creation, planning, and execution of community initiatives such as community contests, challenges, events, and other initiatives.
- Repping The Simple Sum when connecting with our community, being a guide for them on their personal finance journey, adapting the brand voice for different community and social media channels
- Conceptualise, develop, plan and project manage events and meetups with the community
- Research and keep an eye on trending topics that can be shared with the community
- Create relationships with vendors, partners and merchants for community initiatives
- Analyse community growth, sentiments, and engagement with activations in order to provide recommendations to stakeholders to capitalise on or address any conversations, topics, or happenings in the community
