FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING

• Daily selected bookkeeping activities to maintain the receivables and payables listing and other relevant accounting ledgers where required.
• Compilation and keying in our vendor invoices into accounting system.
• Liaison with the operations team to issue quotes and invoices to clients.
• Management of monthly sales reconciliations. 
• Assist in developing a fit for purpose finance processes and controls to accommodate changing business needs.
• Proposing and generating operational reports suitable for the business.
• Creation of ad-hoc report and analysis upon request.

• Comfortable with technology and applications - Xero, Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheets, Kakitangan, etc
