Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Production & Operations Intern to support the backend execution of our events. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys logistics, coordination, and ensuring that every detail behind the scenes runs smoothly. You will gain hands-on experience in event operations, working closely with vendors, managing timelines, and assisting with event setup and breakdown.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating operational aspects of events, including vendor and supplier management, logistics, and production timelines.
• Support sourcing, liaising, and coordinating with vendors for event materials, AV setup, and other production needs.
• Help ensure permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements are secured for each event.
• Work with internal teams to ensure all event elements (signage, branding, equipment, etc.) are properly arranged.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage inventory of event-related materials and ensure all items are accounted for.
• Track budgets and expenses related to event production under supervision.
• Support post-event reporting and wrap-up, ensuring all materials are returned and accounted for.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and under tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of event production elements, including AV, staging, and logistics (a plus but not required).
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required for event execution.
• Proficiency in Google Slides, Sheets, and relevant applications.
