The Opportunity

Are you a hands-on electrical expert with a strong commitment to safety and quality? We are looking for a skilled Electrical Technician (PW1 / PW2 / PW3 / PW4) to drive the electrical installation, testing, and maintenance activities for our major project sites.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our on-site execution—reading complex schematics, hooking up heavy machinery, and ensuring everything runs perfectly. If you take pride in your technical troubleshooting skills and want to work with a collaborative engineering team, we want you on board!

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

• Installation & Hookups: Lead electrical installation works, including power distribution, cable pulling/routing, conduit/trunking installation, and machinery hookups.
• Blueprint Execution: Accurately read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and schematics to execute project requirements perfectly.
• Troubleshoot & Rectify: Identify electrical issues on the spot and perform fast, safe rectification works during installation.
• Coordinate & Report: Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth project flow. You will also log daily work reports and progress updates.
• Champion Safety: Maintain impeccable housekeeping, handle tools safely, and strictly follow all company safety rules, site regulations, and permit-to-work requirements.

Job Requirements

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Certification (Mandatory): Must possess a valid electrical competency certification registered under Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ECOS)—PW1, PW2, PW3, or PW4.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in Automation Engineering, building electrical installation, or construction projects.
• Technical Expertise: Familiar with industrial automation/building electrical systems, lighting systems, and testing equipment (insulation resistance, continuity, and polarity tests).
• The Vibe: You are an independent worker who communicates well with site teams, understands site safety practices inside-out, and is willing to support overtime when project deadlines require it.
