<p>What you'll do:</p>

<li>Answer customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email and live chat</li>
<li>Guide new customers through onboarding and chatbot setup</li>
<li>Log issues and work with the tech team on fixes</li>
<li>Write FAQs and help-centre articles, and gather customer feedback</li>
</ul>

• Handle WhatsApp, email &amp; live chat; onboard customers, set up AI chatbots; log issues &amp; write help docs.
• Join an AI chatbot platform helping businesses succeed.
• Make direct impact: onboard customers, influence product fixes and shape help docs!

• Jawab soalan pelanggan di WhatsApp, emel dan sembang langsung; bimbing onboarding dan pasang chatbot AI.
• Sertai platform AI yang memacu automasi khidmat pelanggan.
