Job Description

• Assist the Finance Department with daily financial and accounting operations.
• Assist in data entry, documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support the preparation of invoices, payment vouchers and other financial documents.
• Assist in processing supplier invoices and payment records.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
• Assist in checking and verifying financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Department.

Job Requirements

•  Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and responsible.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to the internship period as required by the university.
