Job Description
- Perform day to day billing, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data.
- E-Invoice submission and compliance.
- Managing and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of sales reporting.
- To generate daily Receipting and reports.
- Maintain filing system.
- Assist in other administrative function.
Job Requirements
- Accounts Assistant candidate must possess minimum qualification SPM and above.
- One (1) year working experience in related field. SPM school leavers without work experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Computer literate and knowledge in basic MS Office- Excel & Word.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, billing process and accounts receivable management.
- Strong attention to details and accuracy in data entry and financial calculation.
- Effective communication skills with colleagues, time management to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Eager to learn new things.
