Job Description

• Able to do full set of accounts
• Use Autocount software to manage accounting tasks
• Enter and manage financial transactions using Autocount software
• Responsible for daily accounting operations and to ensure compliance with the Company policies and statutory requirements / guidelines
• Ensure all financial documentation is accurately recorded
• Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Assist in Budget and Transfer pricing preparation, related documentation & reports
• Preparing analysis and update audit schedules
• Attend auditors and prepare documents for auditors
• Assist in preparing tax-related documents and reports required for tax filing
• Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports and function as and when assign by the superior

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI or equivalent 
• Fully functional experience in Accounting & Finance
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and Autocount accounting software
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking overseas counterpart 
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Independently manage and plan tasks to meet deadlines
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, hardworking and strong interpersonal skills
