About 3D Agency

Three Dimension International (3D Agency) is a creative advertising and brand activation agency specialising in 360° campaigns, experiential events, roadshows, retail activations, and social media communications.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Account Executive to support client servicing, project coordination, and campaign execution. You will work closely with clients, creative teams, suppliers, and operations teams to ensure every project is delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with clients and understand their project requirements.
• Prepare project briefs, proposals, quotations, timelines, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with creative, production, operations, and external supplier teams.
• Support projects from initial planning to on-ground execution and completion.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client approvals.
• Attend meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
• Ensure all campaign materials and executions meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Assist with event setup, activation days, and on-site coordination when required.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional projects.
• Prepare project reports, cost summaries, and post-campaign documentation.
• Handle multiple projects while maintaining clear communication and attention to detail.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Mass Communication, Event Management, or a related field.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, responsible, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, or on-site during events when required.
• Experience in advertising, events, brand activations, or client servicing is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
