About 3D Agency

Three Dimension International (3D Agency) is a creative advertising and brand activation agency specialising in 360° campaigns, experiential events, roadshows, retail activations, and social media communications.

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to support the development of campaign visuals and on-ground brand experiences. You will work closely with the creative and project teams to turn ideas into engaging designs across digital, print, and event platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 2D designs for campaigns, events, roadshows, activations, and social media.
• Assist in preparing mood boards, visual references, key visuals, and layouts.
• Adapt campaign designs into different sizes and formats.
• Design event backdrops, booth graphics, promotional materials, displays, and digital content.
• Conduct visual research based on the brand, audience, and project objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, account executives, project teams, and production teams.
• Prepare final artwork for printing, fabrication, and digital use.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Manage revisions and deliver work within agreed timelines.
• Support the creative team during brainstorming and presentation preparation.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual composition.
• Creative, responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
• Open to feedback and able to improve designs accordingly.
• Basic understanding of print production is an advantage.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, 3D visualisation, or AI design tools is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
