Job Description
About 3D Agency
Three Dimension International (3D Agency) is a creative advertising and brand activation agency specialising in 360° campaigns across ATL advertising, BTL activations, experiential events, roadshows, retail spaces, and social media.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong creative thinking, strategic awareness, and visual storytelling skills. You should be able to translate campaign concepts into engaging designs across both digital and on-ground experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and 2D visual designs for campaigns, events, roadshows, activations, and social media.
- Translate campaign ideas into practical and impactful ATL & BTL designs.
- Conduct research and prepare mood boards, visual directions, key visuals, and layouts.
- Design event booths, backdrops, POSM materials, displays, and 2D graphics.
- Adapt campaign visuals across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with creative, project, production, and operations teams.
- Prepare accurate final artwork for printing, fabrication, and digital use.
- Ensure designs meet brand guidelines, production requirements, and project objectives.
- Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines efficiently.
- Update the team on creative progress and workload.

Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio in branding, advertising, campaigns, or event-related design.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of print production and digital design.
- Creative, organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Experience in events, exhibitions, retail, or brand activations is an advantage.
- Motion graphics, video editing, 3D visualisation, or AI design skills are a plus.
