About 3D Agency

Three Dimension International (3D Agency) is a creative advertising and brand activation agency specialising in experiential events, roadshows, retail activations, and integrated marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Event Intern to support our project and operations teams in planning and executing events and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event planning, coordination, and on-ground execution.
• Support the preparation of project timelines, checklists, proposals, and reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, promoters, venues, and production teams.
• Assist with event setup, dismantling, packing, and logistics.
• Conduct research for venues, suppliers, materials, and activation ideas.
• Help monitor event materials, equipment, inventory, and manpower.
• Attend site visits, rehearsals, meetings, and activation days when required.
• Support the team in handling on-site issues and ensuring smooth event operations.
• Capture event photos, feedback, engagement numbers, and other reporting details.
• Perform general administrative and project-related tasks.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel, work on-site, and work flexible hours or weekends when required.
• Interest in events, marketing, advertising, or brand activations is an advantage.
