About 3D Agency

Three Dimension International (3D Agency) is a creative advertising and brand activation agency specialising in experiential events, roadshows, retail activations, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns.

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Senior Event Executive to manage projects from planning to completion. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, suppliers, and event crews to ensure each project is delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in events, brand activations, roadshows, exhibitions, or project management.
• Strong project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, organised, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Able to prepare budgets, quotations, timelines, and event documentation.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours, weekends, or public holidays when required.
• Possession of a valid driving licence and own transport is an advantage.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage event and brand activation projects from initial briefing to final execution.
• Develop project timelines, work schedules, checklists, budgets, and operational plans.
• Coordinate with clients, venues, suppliers, production teams, promoters, and other partners.
• Conduct site visits and manage event setup, rehearsal, live-day operations, and dismantling.
• Monitor project progress, costs, manpower, logistics, materials, and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks and provide practical solutions before and during events.
• Review quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure costs remain within the approved budget.
• Brief and supervise junior team members, interns, promoters, and event crews.
• Ensure all executions meet client requirements, brand guidelines, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Prepare proposals, meeting notes, progress updates, event reports, and post-campaign reports.
• Maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
• Support business development by identifying additional opportunities within existing projects.
