About the role

Primary Responsibilities :

1. Video Editing for Social Media

• Edit and produce short-form videos (highlights of training sessions, testimonials, behind-the-scenes clips) for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Add subtitles, captions, graphics, and music to make videos engaging and professional.
• Work with the R&D team to ensure content reflects the learning objectives and brand message.
• Draft and design basic social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to promote training initiatives.

2. Newsletter Design & Content

• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly newsletters for clients and participants.
• Compile program updates, success stories, and industry insights into engaging content.
• Format and design newsletters using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.

3. Event & Campaign Assistance

• Provide administrative and on-the-ground support during events, workshops, or client engagements.
• Help coordinate logistics and planning for marketing campaigns and events (e.g., printing, registrations, reminders).
• Assist in collecting participant feedback and testimonials.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance (social media metrics, leads generated, ROI).
• Provide monthly reports on marketing performance to management.
• Continuously improve marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with internal team and account managers to design effective campaigns.
• Liaise with external vendors (graphic designers, video editors, advertising agencies) as needed.
• Support partnerships with industry associations, educational institutions, and media outlets.

Job Requirements

 Who we're looking for

• Currently pursuing a relevant Degree program.
• Available for a minimum 6-month internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have own laptop or device.
  

1. Technical / Hard Skills

• Video Editing Skills
• Familiarity with editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Ability to add subtitles, captions, transitions, music, and branding elements.
• Understanding of short-form video trends for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn clips, and YouTube Shorts.

2. Graphic Design Basics

• Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Ability to create simple visuals, infographics, and branded templates.
• Newsletter & Content Tools
• Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot).
• Strong formatting and layout sense to make newsletters engaging.

3. Social Media Knowledge

• Awareness of content styles that perform well on different platforms.
• Understanding of hashtags, posting formats, and audience engagement.
