About the role

Are you passionate about learning, creativity, and technology ? 🚀 Join us as a Learning Development & Design Intern at Thriving Talents Sdn. Bhd.! In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience designing engaging learning content, supporting exciting training programs, and experimenting with digital tools, games, and simulations to make learning come alive.


What you'll be doing

Content & Curriculum Development

• Design, develop, and refine engaging learning materials (e.g., slides, workbooks, handouts, videos, role-plays, case studies, and simulations).
• Oversee the creation and integration of interactive elements in virtual and in-person training programs.
• Ensure course materials are learner-centered, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives.
• Assist in the conceptualization and development of new games, simulations, and interactive learning experiences.

Trainer & Client Support

• Support trainers during training sessions by providing relevant learning materials, simulations, and interactive elements.
• Assist in tracking learning engagement, learner progress, and training effectiveness.
• Configure and deploy virtual learning platforms and interactive activities for online training programs.
• Maintain project documentation and course repositories for easy access and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing a relevant Degree program.
• Available for a minimum 3-month internship.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets).
• Keen interest in digital learning tools (e.g., e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, or authoring tools).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to organize information clearly (slides, handouts, notes, reports).
• Curious and open to exploring games, simulations, research, innovation, and learning technologies.
• Must have own laptop or device.
