Job Description

• Assist in building and improving web applications and mobile applications for Learning & Development and sales use cases. 
• Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of digital tools, prototypes, and minimum viable products. 
• Experiment with AI-assisted coding tools and vibe coding methods to speed up development and problem-solving. 
• Work with the team to understand user needs and translate them into simple, functional app features. 
• Assist in integrating AI features, automation workflows, or productivity tools where relevant. 
• Troubleshoot bugs, test application performance, and suggest improvements. 
• Document development work, technical decisions, and user guides where needed. 
• Collaborate remotely with the team through online meetings, task updates, and shared project tools. 
• Support research on new technologies, platforms, and AI tools that can improve L&D and sales solutions. 

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 
• Basic knowledge of web development, mobile app development, or software engineering principles. 
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, automation, or AI-assisted coding tools is an advantage. 
• Able to commit to a 3-month internship period. 
• Able to work remotely with reliable internet access and own laptop or computer. 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• Basic programming knowledge in languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar. 
• Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or modern web frameworks) is preferred. 
• Some exposure to mobile app development is an advantage. 
• Basic understanding of databases and APIs. 
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools is a plus. 
• Nice to have: exposure to automation tools such as n8n, Make, or similar platforms. 
• Basic UI/UX awareness and ability to create simple, user-friendly digital interfaces. 
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to troubleshoot technical issues. 
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical ideas in simple language. 

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION

• Strong interest in building web apps, mobile apps, and digital tools. 
• Comfortable using AI tools for coding, research, debugging, and idea generation. 
• Able to do vibe coding, rapid prototyping, and iterative development. 
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written. 
• Able to work independently in a remote environment while providing regular progress updates. 
• Willing to learn new tools, frameworks, and development approaches. 
• Responsible, proactive, and able to meet agreed timelines.
