We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in from July 2024 onwards. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Support strategic projects to drive platform and creator growth and achieve multiple targets. 2. Able to conduct large-scale data-based research with moderate guidance. Collaborate with cross-function teams or regional teams to analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive positions to derive findings and recommendations. 3. Communicate with back-end support teams to keep optimizing infrastructure construction. 4. Coordinate related ops team resources to ensure the normal and orderly development and implementation of the projects. 5. Conduct consistent tracking of project performance metrics as required independently.


Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications 1. Actively enrolled University student who can work 5 days a week for at least 3 months 2. Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills, good at visualizing data or analysis results 3. Internship experience in large e-commerce platforms, leading consulting, or Internet companies is a plus 4. Good understanding of the content e-commerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers and digital trends landscape Preferred Qualifications 1. Design aesthetic ability, and be able to be responsible for tabulation and interface with design work. 2. Be endowed with empathy, a sense of responsibility, and self-driven ability. 3.
