Responsibilities:

• System Support & Maintenance: Assist in managing and maintaining the IT application landscape, ensuring smooth operations across all retail systems.
• Technical Support: Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolution for IT-related issues, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
• System Implementation: Support the implementation and roll-out of POS, ERP, CRM, Loyalty, and HRIS systems, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• User Training & Documentation: Assist in training end-users on IT applications and maintain system documentation for reference.
• IT Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely support and service delivery.
• Process Improvement: Stay updated with emerging retail technologies and suggest enhancements to improve system efficiency.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in IT support, application management, or system implementation, preferably in a retail or start-up environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, POS, or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for software and hardware-related issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
