Job Description

 Position Overview: 

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Interior Designer to assume a key role in our team, driving the creation of distinctive interior designs that align with the unique requirements and brand identity of our branches. With a rich background encompassing 8 years of experience in the café and food industry, you will lead the entire design process, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional design solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage closely with Tim Hortons brand vision, brand identity, and specific design needs in work.
  • Conceptualize and present innovative design ideas effectively through sketches, mood boards, and immersive 3D visualizations.
  • Develop comprehensive interior design plans encompassing layout drawings, material selections, and furniture specifications.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure flawless execution of design plans.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, cutting-edge technologies, and emerging design methodologies to continually enhance our design standards.
  • Conduct thorough site visits and inspections to maintain design integrity and uphold rigorous quality control standards during the construction phase.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders, promptly addressing feedback and incorporating revisions professionally.
  • Uphold our commitment to excellence by consistently delivering design solutions that surpass expectations.


Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field; Master's degree is desirable.
  • Accumulate a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as an Interior Designer, showcasing a robust portfolio of projects within the café and food industry.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts persuasively and clearly.
  • Showcase a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently, from concept inception to final installation.
  • Possess a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to interior design.
