Job Description

You will be in charge of turning customers' frowns upside down! Visit customer premises and troubleshoot their modems & routers to ensure customers are getting what they subscribed.

The Work Life:
  1. Provide WIFI and Broadband troubleshooting to ensure that customer are able to get the services that they subscribed to.
  2. Ability to identify the root cause of the issue that customer is facing and provide a logical solution.
  3. Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
  4. Assist in bringing up connection for pre-laid building.
  5. Work closely with installer and Field engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issue. 
  6. Attend to complain cases that requires home visit. 
  7. Follow-up closely with customers to ensure that solution that has been deployed is functioning properly.
  8. Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps. 

Job Requirements

All You Need: 
  1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Home Fiber and WIFI related scope. 
  2. Familiar with Router, Modems, WIFI extender, home plug ,PC / Laptop configuration and other related hardware.
  3. Understand and is up to date in current internet related solutions in the market. 
  4. Must be flexible in traveling. 
  5. Must be available to provide onsite and offsite support. 
  6. Flexible in doing shift and is able to be on standby. 
  7. Must be able to work weekends if necessary.
