Job Description

 

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Office Administrator Intern to support our daily administrative and operational tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in office management, data entry, e-commerce operations, and inventory handling. Duration: 3–6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Support data entry tasks in the company’s operational and accounting software.
  • Help with parcel packing and order processing for online sales.
  • Assist in stock management, including checking, organizing, and updating inventory records.
  • Provide support to the administrative and operations team on ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • SPM, Diploma or Degree student in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using computer systems.
  • Responsible, organized, and attentive to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to learn and proactive in assisting with various office tasks.
  • Able to work at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong
  • Work from 9am till 6pm on weekday.
