Job Description

• Assist in day-to-day office administration and clerical tasks
• Support in drafting memos, letters, and company communications
• Respond to general emails and correspondence
• Coordinate and liaise with KOLs and bloggers for marketing campaigns
• Arrange and assist in KOL filming sessions
• Monitor and track promotional content from media partners
• Assist in brainstorming, planning, and creating video content
• Support social media and marketing activities 
• 5 working days per week
• Hands-on experience in marketing and content creation
• Opportunity to work with KOLs and media partners

Job Requirements

• Contract Period: April 2026 – November 2026
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of content creation, social media, or marketing is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
