We’re seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead digital sales, build strong client relationships, and drive growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Meetings & Presentations: Schedule and conduct impactful sales meetings weekly with new and existing clients, aiming for upselling opportunities. 
• Pitch Deck Preparation: Conduct thorough industry research, create compelling pitch decks, and obtain internal approvals before client presentations. 
• Sales Closing: Follow up, negotiate terms, close deals, and onboard clients to ensure seamless project handovers. 
• Professional Growth: Stay updated on industry trends and enhance skills through courses and workshops. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital media sales.
• Strong network with advertising agencies (advantageous).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled at identifying opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must possess own transportation.
