Job Description

1. Handle full set of accounts for the company and ensure timely monthly closing.
   负责公司全盘账务，并确保按时完成每月结账。
2. Manage project accounting, including project cost tracking, subcontractor payments, progress billing, and budget monitoring.
   管理项目财务，包括项目成本追踪、分包商付款、进度账单及预算监控。
3. Prepare financial reports, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
   编制财务报表、管理报表及现金流预测。
4. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for statutory and audit matters.
   与外部审计师、税务代理及公司秘书对接审计及法定事务。
5. Ensure compliance with LHDN, SST, Companies Act 2016, and other statutory requirements.
   确保遵守马来西亚税务局 (LHDN)、SST、2016 年公司法及其他法定要求。
6. Assist management in financial planning, budgeting, and ad-hoc analysis.
   协助管理层进行财务规划、预算及临时财务分析。
7. Review and process invoices, payment vouchers, and financial documents.
   审核并处理发票、付款单及相关财务文件。
8. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
   维护和整理完整的财务文件及记录。
9. Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management.
   完成管理层安排的其他会计相关工作。

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
   会计、财务或相关专业大专或本科及以上学历。
2. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent is preferred.
   持有 ACCA、CPA、CIMA 或相关专业资格证书者优先。
3. Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience; experience in construction/engineering/project-based companies is an advantage.
   至少 3–5 年相关会计工作经验，有 建筑/工程/项目型公司经验者优先。
4. Able to handle full set of accounts independently.
   能独立处理全盘账务。
5. Familiar with accounting software such as AutoCount and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
   熟悉 AutoCount 等会计软件，精通 Microsoft Excel。
6. Must be proficient in Mandarin / 华文, as the role requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking management.
   必须熟练 华文 / 中文，因岗位需要与中文管理层进行日常沟通。
7. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
   具备良好的 英语及马来语沟通能力。
8. Strong analytical skills, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
   具备良好分析能力，工作认真负责、注重细节，并能独立完成任务。
