Job Description

  •  Responsible for day-to-day purchasing and sourcing activities to achieve cost efficiency and support operational needs.

  • Perform supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment, and selection based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
  • Maintain supplier performance monitoring and vendor relationship management for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability to avoid production downtime or late deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and filing systems.
  • Support internal departments by understanding material needs and ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by a superior or management from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Prior experience in purchasing, logistics, or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with customs procedures, import/export documentation, and tax exemption processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
