Job Description

• 负责现场所有吊装作业的计划、监督与协调，确保吊装活动符合安全规范及公司标准
  Responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all lifting operations on site to ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• 制定并执行安全吊装计划及操作程序，确保符合相关法规与标准（如 DOSH、CIDB 等）
  Develop and implement safe lifting plans and procedures in accordance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., DOSH, CIDB).
• 检查和确认吊装设备、吊具、钢丝绳、吊带等的完好性与适用性
  Inspect and verify the condition and suitability of lifting equipment, slings, wire ropes, and shackles.
• 监督起重机操作员和信号员的工作，确保吊装操作安全、有序地进行
  Supervise crane operators and signalmen to ensure safe and coordinated lifting operations.
• 进行吊装风险评估并制定控制措施以减少安全隐患
  Conduct lifting risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures to mitigate potential hazards.
• 记录和维护吊装设备的检查报告、吊装计划及相关安全文件
  Maintain accurate documentation of lifting equipment inspections, lifting plans, and related safety records.
• 定期对现场人员进行吊装安全培训和指导，提升安全意识
  Provide lifting safety training and guidance to site personnel to improve safety awareness.
• 与项目经理、安全员及施工团队合作，确保吊装工作顺利、安全进行
  Collaborate with Project Manager, Safety Officer, and Construction Team to ensure smooth and safe lifting operations.
